This document is an official offer to any natural persons not registered as individual entrepreneurs (public offer) Rocket Tech School LLC, registered under the laws of the USA (NV Business ID: NV20222648565), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor and contains all material terms of the contract of services.
Definitions:

Customer - a natural, adult person purchasing services from the Provider.

Apprentice - The direct recipient of the Services, a minor person specified by the Customer at the time of making the Order

Application - a message sent by the Customer to the Executor to the e-mail address with the specified domain: clients@rts.school, admin@rts.school, @rts.school, @rtschool.org, and other domains owned by the Executor, by phone, using various messengers or in any other way, containing a description of the ordered services.
Services - services of access to the interactive innovative Platform "space.rts.school" (hereinafter - the Platform), designed to create high-performance courses and maintain user engagement.
The Platform is located on the Internet at https://space.rts.school/. The Platform is a set of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photo and video materials (audiovisual works) and other intellectual property objects, as well as computer programs contained in the information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet.
Materials - a set of information, texts, graphic elements, images, photo and video materials (audiovisual works) and other intellectual property objects located on the Platform and being a means of self-learning of the Customer.
Topic (Module) - a block of educational information, including both theoretical material and practical skills. The duration of studying a topic can be several sessions or cover only a part of one session.
Lesson - A lesson is a platform activity based on course material. Lesson duration is 1 academic hour or 25 minutes in certain courses. A lesson can focus on more than one topic. A lesson can also be designed to repeat a topic if the learner has not developed a full understanding of the material. Additional lessons are charged separately.
Educational Course - A set of Topics and the estimated number of Lessons in the selected Program. The number of Lessons is not equal to the number of Topics in the course. If necessary, the number of lessons can be increased for an additional fee, as agreed upon by the parties.
Acceptance of the offer - full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by means of payment by the Customer of the cost of the Contractor's Services in full or in part.

Contractor's Website - the website at https://rts.school/, other websites owned by Rocket Tech School LLC

Territory of rendering the Services - determined in accordance with the current legislation.
Place of rendering the Services - the Platform on the Internet.

1. SUBJECT MATTER, COST OF PROVIDING SERVICES

1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the Platform with the Materials placed on it, by opening access to them through the Customer's use of personal computers and mobile devices with Internet access, for the organization of training on additional education programs for children, on the proposed topics on the platform (access services).

Under this Agreement the Services shall be rendered using the Platform located at the following address: https://space.rts.school/, the Contractor's own development, or any other services for creation of video conferences provided by the Contractor.
1.2. The description of the platform, programs, services, information on the list of services for each program placed on the Contractor's platform is placed by the Contractor on the Website on the Internet and in messengers with the representatives of the Contractor.
1.3. For access to the Platform with the Materials placed on it, the Customer shall pay to the Contractor the Remuneration in the amount specified in the Payment Invoice. The cost of services for the provided access to the Platform is determined by the Contractor on the basis of the Price List sent by the Contractor's representative to the Customer.
The Contractor shall have the right to reduce the cost of services rendered at its discretion.
Among other things, the contractor's remuneration includes other goods and services (handouts) provided by the contractor.
Payment for the Services (including partial payment) confirms that the Contractor has informed the Customer of the name of the Services, the terms of the Services, the cost of the Services and the payment procedure, and also means that the Customer agrees with the above conditions.
Payment for the Contractor's Services (including partial payment) is a full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer. The cost of the Contractor's Services is not subject to VAT.
1.4. The Customer's obligation to pay shall be deemed fulfilled at the moment of crediting money to the Contractor's settlement account.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY TIME

2.1. The Services under the Agreement shall be provided within the terms communicated by the Contractor to the Customer. The Customer is provided with access to the Platform with the Materials placed on it by opening access to them through the Customer's use of personal computers and mobile devices, the access is provided for the whole period of rendering the Services.
2.2. The direct recipient of the Services shall be a minor specified by the Customer at the time of the Application (hereinafter referred to as the Pupil).
2.3. In order to accept this Offer, the Customer shall make an Application on the Website or through a representative of the Contractor by phone or in the office of the Contractor, which contains an indication of the selected period of access to the platform, the Customer's data (Customer's full name, phone number, e-mail address, name and age of the Pupil) and a promotional code, if any).
2.4. Upon receipt of the Application, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with information on the possible period of access to the platform and materials, and within 1 (one) business day shall send an Invoice or a Link to the payment for access services to the e-mail address or messenger specified by the Customer in the Application. Upon the Customer's written request the Invoice may be provided in paper form.
2.5. When rendering the Services, the Contractor shall have the right to unilaterally change the terms of rendering the Services while maintaining the duration of the Services. In such case the Contractor shall notify the Customer by e-mail and phone.
2.6. The Customer has the right to pay the issued invoice by non-cash payment by bank card, including through a bank terminal (if available) or by non-cash payment via the Internet, through a payment system through a link provided by the Contractor, by other means, upon prior agreement with the Contractor or a person authorized by the Contractor. By clicking on the Site button "pay" or other, similar purpose, or by making payment on the link sent by the Contractor to realize the payment or otherwise making payment, the Customer agrees with all the terms of the Offer.
2.7. Settlements shall be made in non-cash order. In case the Customer is a resident of a foreign country settlements may be made in a currency other than the US dollar, at the rate of the day of payment.
2.8. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded and shall come into force for the Parties from the moment of payment of the Agreement price by the Customer, including with the use of credit funds. The date of payment is the day of receipt to the settlement account of the Contractor of the sum of money in the amount of 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of Services under the program of access to the Platform chosen by the Customer. Payment of the access cost can be made by the Customer in installments* on the terms agreed by the Parties. The Customer shall be obliged to present to the Contractor a document of payment for the Services.
2.9. In case of making a payment by bank card, the Customer must use a personal bank card, as the refund, in cases provided by the Offer, is made only on the basis of a personal application of the holder of the bank card from which the payment was received and to the account of this card or to the account of the credit organization from which the receipt of funds was realized.

2.10. If the Customer within 5 (Five) calendar days after the end of rendering the Services does not submit claims to the Executor specifying the defects of the rendered Services, the Services are considered to be rendered by the Executor timely, properly, in full and accepted by the Customer without objections and remarks.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1.  The Contractor shall:

3.1.1. To enroll the Customer, who has fulfilled the conditions of admission as a student established by the local acts of the Contractor.

3.1.2. To inform the Customer about the provision of paid educational services under this Agreement.

3.1.3. To organize and ensure proper provision of educational services provided for in clause 1.1. of this Agreement.

3.1.4. To provide the Customer with access to the educational program materials contained in the Contractor's distance learning system in the order determined by the Contractor's local acts.
3.1.5. Provide the Customer, upon its request, with information on the content of academic disciplines (modules) provided for in the curriculum.
3.1.6. To carry out the control of the Customer's knowledge in the form and term established by the training plan and local acts of the Contractor.
3.1.7. Provide the Customer upon its request with complete and reliable information on the assessment of knowledge, skills, abilities, skills and competencies, as well as on the criteria of this assessment, other information directly related to training.
3.1.8. To provide the Customer with respect for human dignity, protection from all forms of physical and mental violence, personal insult, protection of life and health.
3.1.9. Use the Customer's personal data only for the purposes of execution of this Agreement and ensure their protection in accordance with the current legislation.
3.1.10. To accept payment from the Customer for educational services.
3.2. The Contractor shall have the right to:

3.2.1. Independently or with the involvement of third parties to carry out the educational process, to establish grading systems, forms, procedure and frequency of interim certification.

3.2.2. To apply to the Customer measures of encouragement and measures of disciplinary punishment in accordance with this Agreement and local acts of the Contractor.

3.2.3. To demand from the Customer to fulfill obligations according to clauses 3.3 of this Agreement. 3.3 of this Agreement.

3.2.4. To expel the Customer in cases of violation by him of the terms and conditions of payment established by clause.

4.6. of this Agreement, as well as on other grounds stipulated by the current legislation and local acts of the Contractor.

3.2.5. Independently determine the composition of the specialists providing the Services.
3.2.6. To carry out photo and video shooting during rendering of the Services and use the obtained materials by any means, as well as on the Internet (on the website, in social networks, etc.), in other advertising, informational and marketing materials, to transmit the media, etc. In this regard, the Customer gives his/her consent to the Contractor to use his/her and/or the Customer's image by any means, if such image was obtained during the provision of the Services, without additional payment, and consent to the use of works and other materials of the Customer and/or the Pupil, created under this Agreement and/or transferred to the Contractor for information, advertising and other purposes, including for placement on the Contractor's website. The said consent shall be valid  indefinitely, on the territory  of  the whole world.
*If  the  Customer refuses from  this clause, it is necessary to send an e-mail to admin@rts.school with the text "I, Surname First Name, refuse from clause.
3.2.6. of the Offer, I authorize the use of materials only for Official use, without distribution".
3.2.7. Involve third parties in the provision of services without obtaining the Customer's consent, remaining liable for their actions to the Customer.
3.2.8. Not to provide the Services to the Customer who has not paid for the Services in the manner provided for in the Agreement.
3.2.9. The Contractor has the right to immediately terminate the provision of educational services with the return of funds (part of unfulfilled obligations) for paid training, in case of aggression or disrespectful attitude on the part of the Customer.
3.2.10. Refuse to provide the Services on the terms and conditions stipulated in this Offer.
3.3. The customer shall:

3.3.1. Provide the Executor with reliable information about himself, necessary for enrollment in the above educational program in accordance with the local acts of the Executor.

3.3.2.                To master the educational program in good faith, to perform tasks within the framework of the educational program.
3.3.3.                To observe orders, instructions and local acts of the Contractor, regulating the educational process, to observe academic discipline and generally accepted norms of behavior, to show respect to scientific-pedagogical, engineering, administrative, auxiliary and other personnel of the Contractor.
3.3.4.                Timely pay the full tuition fee in accordance with the procedure and on the terms and conditions stipulated by this Agreement.
3.3.5.                To provide the Contractor with a scan copy of this Agreement signed by the Customer, or to provide the original of this Agreement signed by the Customer, or to sign this Agreement in the electronic document management system before the date of training.
3.4.                      The customer shall have the right to:
3.4.1.                To address to the Contractor on questions concerning the educational process.
3.4.2.                To receive information from the Contractor on the issues of organization and ensuring proper provision of educational services under this Agreement.
3.4.3.                To receive educational services in accordance with the approved curriculum, calendar academic schedule and educational program specified in clause 1.1 of this Agreement.
3.4.4.                To receive from the Contractor complete and reliable information about the assessment of his knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies, as well as about the criteria of this assessment, other information directly related to training.
3.4.5.                The Customer has the right to unilaterally refuse the Contractor's Services at any time.
3.4.6.                The Customer has the right to receive a refund. At the written request of the Customer in case of non-provision or improper provision of the Services, or due to the impossibility of their provision for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor or in other cases of the Contractor's refusal to fulfill the Agreement (fully or partially), return to the Customer the cost of unprovided services.
In case of the Executor's decision to refund the money, the refund is made within 30 (thirty) banking days, after receiving an application from the Customer. The date of refund is considered to be the date of debiting the Executor's settlement account, without taking into account the complexities of bank transactions.
3.5.                      The Contractor shall not be responsible for:
3.5.1.                Failure of the Customer to familiarize with the Materials, non-attendance by the Customer of the events stipulated by the contract for unexcused reasons without written notice to the Contractor.

3.5.2.                The Customer's subjective assessment is not an objective criterion of the quality of Materials, events, Services.

4.                            VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER AND THE PROCEDURE FOR ITS TERMINATION

4.1.                      This Offer comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Contractor's Website (the date of placement is indicated above the preamble) and is valid until its withdrawal by the Contractor.
4.1.1.                From the moment of payment for the Contractor's Services this Offer shall be recognized as accepted, and the Service Agreement on the terms of this Offer shall be recognized as concluded.
4.2.                      The Contractor shall have the right to amend the Agreement at any time by posting a new version of the Agreement on the Website. Payment for the Services by the Customer, as well as any use of the Platform confirms the Customer's consent to the new version of the agreement.

4.3.                      The refund is possible upon the Customer's written request to cancel the Services.

4.3.1.                If the Customer cancels the Services, the Contractor shall refund to the Customer the monies paid less (all of the following):

·        on the basis of recalculation made by the Contractor according to clause 3.4.6. of the present Agreement,

·        bank charges, commissions for money transfer (if any),

·        commissions of credit institutions for the provision of "Dolami" service, installment*, etc.

·        bank commissions, interest and other expenses in case of the Customer's refusal from the Services of proper quality, paid with the use of bank products (consumer loans*, installments*, etc. products).

For the purpose of unambiguous interpretation: in case of the Customer's refusal from the Services of proper quality, paid with the use of bank products (consumer loans*, installments*, etc. products), the amount to be refunded and the Executor's expenses specified in clause 4.7.1 shall be calculated from the amount of money received by the Executor from the bank in payment for the Services rendered to the Customer.

4.3.2.                The refund amount shall be calculated as of the date the Contractor receives the Customer's Application.

4.3.3.                Refund of the full 100% cost of the Services to the Customer is possible before the beginning of rendering the Services and providing access to the Platform and materials placed on it by the Executor. The Customer is obliged to notify the Executor in writing about the refusal to receive the Services.
4.4.                      In case of making a payment by bank card, the Customer must use a personal bank card, because the refund, in cases provided by the Offer, is made only on the basis of a personal application of the holder of the bank card from which the payment was received and to the account of this card or to the account of the credit organization from which the receipt of funds was realized.
4.5.                      In case the Customer fails to fulfill the requirements according to clause 3.3.3. of this Agreement (the Customer does not familiarize himself with the Materials available in myAlpari within the terms specified in myAlpari, does not attend the events), the funds shall not be refunded, and the Services shall be deemed to be rendered in full.
4.6.                      This Contract may be terminated unilaterally out of court at the initiative of the Contractor (fully or partially) in cases:
·        establishment of violation of the procedure of admission to the educational organization, which resulted in illegal enrollment in the educational organization through the Customer's fault;
·        late payment of the cost of paid educational services;

·        impossibility of proper fulfillment of the obligation to provide paid educational services due to actions (inaction) of the Customer;

·        provided that the Customer is notified in writing of the withdrawal at least three (3) calendar days prior to

the date of termination of the Contract.

4.7.                      The Contract may be terminated by agreement of the Parties.

4.7.1.                In case of early termination of the services, in accordance with this Offer, the Customer shall initiate the procedure of refusal of the Contractor's services and refund, which includes the following actions:

·        The customer shall submit a written request for a waiver of service.

·        Execution of the Contract shall be terminated by the Contractor on the day of application by the Customer.

·        The Contractor accepts the application and within 30 banking days from the date of receipt of the

application provides the customer with a calculation, which indicates the amount of money to be refunded under this Agreement, and makes a refund.

·        The procedure of calculation and terms of refund in case of early termination of provision of services of

access to the platform and materials placed on it, at the initiative of the Customer, is realized as follows:

·        Days and months, additional services gifted to the Customer under special promotions shall be included at the price in effect on the date Rocket Tech School LLC receives the waiver.
Among other things, the amount of the Agreement is subject to recalculation by increasing the price of the Agreement, due to the fact that the prior refusal of services by the Customer deprives the latter of the right to receive a promotional price for the purchased package of access to the platform and materials posted on it.
4.7.2.                In case of payment by the Customer via credit products*, the commission fee of the credit organization is also taken into account when recalculating the price.
4.7.3.                In case of the Customer's refusal from the services, the Contractor, when calculating the amount of money to be refunded, regardless of the grounds for refund, determines the cost of the services rendered (time range of the use of the platform included in the purchased Package), at the cost of classes from the Package for 8 classes on the educational course, respectively, when recalculating the amount to be refunded from the cost of the purchased Package.

4.8.                      This Agreement shall be terminated in case of the Customer's dismissal before the end of the training period at his/her own will, on other grounds provided for by the current legislation and local acts of the Contractor.

5.                            FORCE MAJEURE

5.1.                      The procedure for signing this Agreement may be changed by the Parties in the presence of force majeure circumstances (force majeure) - extraordinary, unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that have arisen during the implementation of contractual obligations, which could not be reasonably expected at the conclusion of the contract, or avoided or overcome, as well as beyond the control of the parties to such contract.
In particular, the Parties refer to such circumstances as: natural disasters (earthquake, flood, hurricane), fire, mass diseases (epidemics), strikes, military actions, acts of terrorism, sabotage, transportation restrictions, prohibitive measures of states, prohibition of trade operations, including with certain countries, due to international sanctions and other circumstances beyond the control of the Parties to this Treaty.

5.2.                      The Party referring to force majeure circumstances shall immediately inform the other Party of the occurrence of such circumstances in writing and confirm such circumstances with a document issued by the relevant competent authority. If the aforementioned circumstances last for more than six months, either Party shall have the right to unilaterally terminate this contract by notifying the other Party one month prior to the date of termination of this contract.

6.                            LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1.                      For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement, the Parties shall be liable as provided for by the laws of the United States and this Agreement.
6.2.                      In case of establishment of the fact of low-quality provision of educational services, including provision of services not in full volume, provided by educational programs (part of educational program), the Customer has the right to demand at his/her choice:
6.3.1.          Free of charge elimination of defects within a reasonable period of time;
6.3.2.          Proportionate reduction of the cost of educational services;
6.3.                      If a defect of paid educational services cannot be eliminated without disproportionate costs or time, or is revealed repeatedly, or appears again after its elimination, or other similar defects, the said defect is a significant defect of paid educational services.
6.4.                      The Customer has the right to refuse to fulfill the Agreement and demand full compensation of losses, if the defects of the educational service are not eliminated by the Contractor within thirty days. The Customer also has the right to refuse to fulfill the Agreement if a significant defect of the rendered educational service or other significant deviations from the terms and conditions of the Agreement are established.
6.5.                      In case of detection of a defect of paid educational services in the course of training, the Customer, in any form, writes an application on detection of a defect of paid educational services (hereinafter referred to as the Application) to the head of the Contractor, in which he/she states the essence of the detected defect(s) and his/her requirement(s).

The term for consideration of the Application shall not exceed ten (10) days from the date of its receipt.

6.6.                      During the period of consideration of the Application, the Contractor shall take all necessary measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings of paid educational services and to settle the arisen issues in order to fully fulfill the terms of the Agreement.
6.7.                      The Contractor shall not be liable for the inability of the Customer to receive the information sent by the Contractor to the e-mail, telephone number or registration address specified in the details of this Agreement.

7.                            INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE PLATFORM

7.1.                      By using the Contractor's Materials, as well as by using the Platform, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that all content of the Platform and the structure of the Platform content are protected by copyright, trademark and other rights to the results of intellectual activity, and that the said rights are valid and protected in all forms, in all media and in relation to all technologies, both existing now and developed or created subsequently. No rights to any content of the Materials and Platform owned by the Contractor, including, but not limited to, audiovisual works, text and graphic materials, computer programs, trademarks are transferred to the Customer as a result of the use of the Materials and Platform and the conclusion of the contract.
7.2.                      The Customer is prohibited to copy, modify, change, delete, supplement, publish, transfer any information (including parts and components of classes, course libraries, training programs, articles) obtained on the Platform, except where such function is expressly provided for on the Platform;
7.3.                      The customer is prohibited from:
·        Use intellectual property objects (information on the Platform) placed on the Platform for commercial activities, profit making or for use in a manner contrary to the law. In this case the Customer has the right to use the skills, knowledge acquired as a result of receiving the Services;
·        Copy or otherwise use the software part of the Platform, as well as its design;
·        Post on the Platform personal data of third parties without their consent, including home addresses, telephone numbers, passport data, e-mail addresses;
·        To place on the Platform commercial advertisements, commercial offers, campaign information and any
other intrusive information, except when the placement of such information is agreed with the Provider;
·        Modify in any way the software part of the Platform, perform actions aimed at changing the functioning and operability of the Platform;

7.4.                      To transfer the login and password of access to the Platform to third parties. Detection of the fact of access to the materials of educational programs of third parties is the basis for unilateral termination of the contract by the Contractor without refund.
7.5.                      When quoting materials of the Platform, if it is expressly provided by the functions of the Platform, the Customer undertakes to indicate a reference to the Platform.

8.                            TERMS OF EXCHANGE OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION

8.1.                      The Parties have agreed that information in electronic form, signed by a simple electronic digital signature, shall be equal to a document on paper signed by a handwritten signature of the head or other official of the Party authorized by him/her, provided that the Parties fulfill the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Simple electronic signature means an electronic signature, which confirms the fact of formation of electronic signature by the authorized representative of the Party through the use of a simple electronic signature key (hereinafter - the key). The key is a combination of 2 elements - key identifier and password. The identifier is the login of the Party or the head or other authorized officer of the Party in the Information System, and the key password is a unique sequence, unknown to third parties, the password for access to the Information System.
Information system means software that allows correspondence between the Parties via telecommunication networks with the use of e-mail.
The following documents may be signed with a simple electronic signature in accordance with the contract:

·        Additional agreements to contracts

·        Specifications;

·        Acts of reconciliation;

·        Bills;

·        Other documents;

8.2.                      Electronic signature verification procedure: the document shall be deemed signed by a simple electronic signature of the Party provided that the following conditions are met: the document is executed as a photocopy of the document on paper, signed by the handwritten signature of the head or other officer of the Party authorized by him/her and attached as an attachment to the e-mail message sent from the address specified in the Address and Details of the Parties to this Agreement section.

At the same time, the text of the document, signatures of authorized persons and stamp (if there is a stamp) shall be clearly distinguishable on the photocopy. The photocopy shall contain all mandatory details of the document.

8.3.                      The official channels of communication for the transmission of documents and (or) information are:

·        e-mail;

·        courier service;

·        messengers;

·        electronic document management system.

8.3.1.                The Customer's email is recognized as an official channel of communication if:

·        is the mail specified in the Customer's details;

8.3.2.                The Contractor's email is recognized as an official channel of communication if:
·        is mail with the address: clients@rts.school, admin@rts.school and other mail of the domain zones @rts.school or @rtschool.org.
8.4.                      Applications, letters, files, including those containing the results of the Services, sent via the Internet using e- mail, messengers, shall be recognized by the Parties in court as written evidence. When presenting them as evidence, it is sufficient to submit a printed electronic message, file, signed by an authorized person and sealed by the presenting Party.

9.                            PASSING CLASSES AND MAKING UP ABSENCES

9.1.                      The customer attending a course that includes instructor support is obliged to complete all homework assignments. A course certificate is only issued when all course assignments have been completed.
9.2.                      The Customer has the right to work off missed classes, in case of illness that prevented the classes. For this purpose it is necessary to notify the Contractor by e-mail or phone number indicated on the Website.
9.3.                      The Customer shall make up missed classes by practicing, which shall be carried out according to the conditions previously agreed upon with the Contractor (schedule, cost, teacher, etc.). The Customer is obliged to make up all the missed classes before the next class he/she will attend.

9.4.                      In case of joining an already existing group not from the first session of the module, the Customer is obliged to study the missed material by means of practicing, according to the conditions previously agreed with the Contractor.

10.                       OTHER CONDITIONS

10.1.                  Communication of personal data when making an Application is a specific, informed and conscious expression of the subject's consent to the processing of personal data. The Customer as a result of Acceptance of the Offer gives the Contractor consent to collection, storage and processing, including automated processing, of information related to personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") of the Customer or the Pupil - third party, in whose interests the Customer concludes the Agreement (surname, name, patronymic, address of registration, place of residence, contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses), including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, b) processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") of the Customer or the Pupil - third party, in whose interests the Customer concludes the Agreement (surname, name, patronymic, address of registration, place of residence, contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses). Processing of Personal Data is carried out for the purposes of conclusion of the Contract by the Customer with the Contractor on the basis of this Offer and their execution, making settlements with the Customer, making decisions or performing other actions giving rise to legal consequences in respect of the Customer or the Pupil, providing the Customer with information about the services rendered by the Contractor, fulfillment of contractual obligations to third parties, as well as for the purposes of informing the Customer about new products and services developed and/or offered by the Contractor to the Customer.
10.2.                  The consent given by the Customer in relation to the processing of Personal Data, specified in clause 6.2. The Offer is given to the Executor until the expiration of the storage period of the relevant information or documents containing the above information, determined in accordance with the Regulations of the Executor. In addition, the consent may be withdrawn by the Customer sending the appropriate written notice to the Contractor at least 3 (three) months prior to the withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data means unilateral refusal of the Customer from the Services. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed by the Contractor with the use of automation means or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change) extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
10.3.                  The Contractor has the right to use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information. The Customer hereby consents to the collection, analysis and use of cookies, including by third parties for the purposes of statistics generation and optimization of advertising messages.
10.4.                  The Contractor receives information about the ip-address of the Website visitor. This information is not used to establish the visitor's identity.
10.5.                  The Contractor shall not be liable for the information provided by the Customer on the Website in a publicly available form.
10.6.                  The Contractor shall be entitled to record telephone conversations with the Customer. At the same time, the Contractor undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to the information obtained in the course of telephone conversations and/or its transfer to third parties not directly related to the execution of Orders, in accordance with the law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection".
10.7.                  The relations of the Parties, not stipulated by this agreement, shall be governed by the norms of the current legislation of the United States of America.
10.8.                  All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the provision of the Services shall be settled by negotiations. The claim procedure shall be obligatory for the Parties. The term for consideration of the Claim shall be 10 (Ten) business days.
10.9.                  All disputes arising from the execution and termination of this contract shall be settled by negotiations or in court at the location of the Contractor.

11.  FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1.  The information specified in this Contract corresponds to the information posted on the Contractor's official website on the Internet at the time of conclusion of this Contract.
11.2.  The period of provision of educational services (training period) means the period of time from the date of issuance of the order on enrollment of the Customer in the educational organization to the date of issuance of the order on completion of training or expulsion of the Customer.
11.3. The Parties recognize legal force for electronic letters - documents sent by e-mail (clients@rts.school, admin@rts.school, @rts.school, @rtschool.org), and recognize them as equivalent to documents on paper

signed by handwritten signature, since only the Parties themselves and persons authorized by them have access to the relevant e-mail addresses specified in the Contract in the details of the Parties and being the electronic signature of the respective Party. Each Party shall access the e-mail by password and undertakes to keep it confidential.

11.3.1. The Parties recognize legal force for documents signed by facsimile (except for powers of attorney, payment documents, other documents with financial implications).

11.4. The Customer voluntarily consents to receive any information under this Contract from the Contractor electronically at the e-mail address provided in the details.
